MAX TYA BUSINESS CONSULTANCY OBLIGATIONS
MAX TYA Business Consultancy shall provide professional services in good faith and in a workmanlike manner.
MAX TYA Business Consultancy shall accurately present to client information on third party expenses and costs associated with requested services.
In case of changes to third party charges, MAX TYA Business Consultancy shall within reasonable timeframe notify the client. MAX TYA Business Consultancy cannot be held liable for any changes in fees introduced by third parties.
MAX TYA Business Consultancy shall commence its representation upon receipt of a full advance payment for services in its bank account.
MAX TYA Business Consultancy shall fulfill the terms of agreements and its amendments and provide sufficient proof as to completion of requested services.
Client shall advance payments to MAX TYA Business Consultancy for its services, prior to Business Consultancy commencing its services.
Client agrees to provide MAX TYA Business Consultancy with relevant documents in a timely manner.
Client expressly understands that any delays on his part may not allow MAX TYA Business Consultancy to fulfil its obligations under agreement or amendments to it. Client agrees that in such cases Client shall be held responsible for any delays or default on performance of Services.
Payment for Services of MAX TYA shall be made in full and in advance.
Payment for Services (“Payment”) includes 1) remuneration of MAX TYA Business Consultancy (“Service Fee”) and 2) costs of MAX TYA Business Consultancy (“Costs”).
Amount of Payment for Services shall be agreed on by Parties in amendment to the agreement before MAX TYA Business Consultancy commences rendering Services. Payment for Services shall be made by Client by means of a bank transfer from its bank account to the bank account of MAX TYA Business Consultancy.
In the event, at any stage of a Fixed Fee Service Client makes a decision not to proceed with the Service, MAX TYA reserves the right to bill the Client for performed work on an hourly basis as per terms of agreement.
The terms and conditions are confidential between the Parties.
Parties shall not disclose any confidential information that was obtained as a result of cooperation under agreement.
SUSPENCION OF SERVICES
MAX TYA Business Consultancy reserves the right to suspend its Services under agreement, shall Client not settle the invoice of MAX TYA Business Consultancy for performed Services within thirty (30) days of its receipt.
Agreement may be terminated by either party by giving a thirty (30) days written notice to the other party.
In the event, Client wishes to exercise its right and terminate the Agreement, this does not relieve the Client of obligation to settle MAX TYA Business Consultancy’s invoices for Services rendered.
MAX TYA Business Consultancy reserves the right to terminate the Agreement unilaterally, in case Client fails to settle outstanding payments to MAX TYA Business Consultancy for 45 days from the day of invoice receipt.
